2 oz (60 ml) Blackpool
3/4 oz (24 ml) Sweet vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Orange twist

Fill a shaker or tall glass with ice cubes. Add Blackpool, sweet vermouth, and bitters, and stir (with a bar spoon) for about a minute.  Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange twist.
