Rumcracker

2 oz (60 ml) Blackpool
4 oz (120 ml) 100% Pineapple juice
1/2 oz (15 ml) Lime juice

Pour Blackpool over ice in a highball glass, top with pineapple juice, stir, optionally float Angostura bitters on top.
