  • 2 oz. (60 ml) Blackpool
  • 4 oz. (120 ml) Ginger beer
  • 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Orange juice
  • 2-3 Dashes of bitters

Combine ingredients over ice and serve with a twist of orange and a toast to the Ravenmaster.

  • 1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Blackpool
  • 3/4 oz. (24 ml) Campari
  • 3/4 oz. (24 ml) Cinzano sweet vermouth

Combine ingredients in an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes and stir.  Garnish with an orange twist.

• 1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Lemon Hart Original 1804
• 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Blackpool Spiced Rum
• 1 oz. (30 ml) LBV Port
• 1 Barspoon Fernet Branca
• 2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe.

London Town

• 2 oz.(60 ml) Blackpool
• 3/4 oz. (24 ml) Sweet vermouth
• 2 Dashes Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Orange twist
Fill a shaker or tall glass with ice cubes. Add Blackpool, sweet vermouth and bitters and stir (with a bar spoon) for about a minute. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange twist.

Hart & Cola

  • 1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Original 1804
  • Cola
  • 2 Dashes of bitters

Pour Original 1804 in an old-fashion glass containing a few ice cubes, add bitters, top off with cola and stir. Serve with a twist of lime.
